NOXINDEX collects the name, email address, company, optional use-case details and consent timestamp you submit. The lawful basis for beta/product emails is your explicit consent.

Storage and providers

Submissions are stored in the service database. If configured by the operator, contact data is also transferred to Mailchimp or SendGrid for mailing-list delivery. The active provider is an operator setting and is never exposed through the signal stream.

Retention and your rights

Contact records are retained for up to 365 days unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your record and may withdraw consent at any time.
